Responsive AI primarily generates responses based on the data in your Content Library and any other external sites you specify (e.g., a help center). Responsive AI displays the Content Library source content used to generate the response. Responsive strongly recommends a human-in-the-loop approach to validate the accuracy of outputs.
No. When generating responses, Responsive AI remains within the boundaries of your Content Library and any external websites that you have integrated.
At the beginning of a response project, you can customize the Responsive AI tone, context, voice, and intended audience so you do not have to do so with each individual prompt. These settings can be found at the Project and Organization levels, and Responsive experts will walk you through how to implement them.
